There is no official TOEIC–IELTS concordance, so they can only be compared through the CEFR: ETS places a TOEIC Listening & Reading total of 785–940 at B2, and IELTS places bands 5.5–6.5 at B2. Treat it as a broad guide, not a score-for-score equivalence.

Since 21 January 2026 TOEFL iBT reports scores on a 1–6 scale in half-point steps tied to CEFR levels. ETS compares IELTS 7.0 with TOEFL 5, 6.5 with 4.5 and 6.0 with 4; a 5 corresponds to 95–106 on the old 0–120 scale.

Each test owner aligns its own scale to the CEFR. Pearson places PTE 65 at B2, yet its concordance links PTE 65 to IELTS 7.0, which IELTS places at C1 — a one-level difference is normal.
